He recalled the role of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, whose leadership during the May 1998 Pokhran-II tests served as the primary catalyst for the annual celebration of National Technology Day. Referring to national achievements, he emphasised the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and the importance of transforming research from βpaper to productβ.
The Vice Chancellor emphasised the theme of the National Technology Day, highlighting Indiaβs progress in indigenous technologies, semiconductors, and Quantum Mission initiatives.
